While several improvements have been made over time, there is still a long way to go before women can truly experience the respect and dignity they deserve. Governments and organizations should ensure that women have equal access to employment opportunities. Whether in public sector jobs or private companies, recruitment and advancement should be based on merit and capability.
4. Pay Parity
Equal work deserves equal pay. When men and women contribute the same level of effort and deliver similar results, they should receive fair and equal compensation.
5. Strong Legal Protection
While creating awareness and improving safety are essential, strong laws and strict enforcement are also necessary. Effective legal systems help deter crime and ensure justice, contributing to a safer environment for women.
