Are you getting sick always? Know the reasons

It’s always frustrating when we get sick, we don’t feel good, works are halted, and affects our health in many ways. If it is sometimes, it’s still manageable but what about you get sick often? It’s hard to manage, not it only affects our physical health whereas mental health too.

But worry is not the solution, idea is. You need to know why you are getting sick always as this is not common. There could be various reasons that could be affecting your health, but please consult your doctor to pinpoint the exact issues and act on that. Knowing is good but only doctor can help you overcome your health issues.

Poor hygiene – Lack of proper hygiene will invite many diseases so it’s important you take care of your hygiene without fail.

Lack of sleep – Everyday we get stressed out because of our daily works so we need a good amount of sleep; our body can be relaxed then and recover from physical stress & fatigue.

Mental stress – Like physical stress we also get mental stress everyday so learning to manage it is the best way to cope with it. Anticipating problems & work on those beforehand, meditation, listening to music, proper sleep, short nap during works are different ways to deal with daily mental stress.

Bad food habits – Eating outside, junk foods, packaged foods, more oily, spicy, salty & sugary foods, overeating are all killing your body slowly, instead you should eat home-made food. However, it’s difficult to always get home-made food, considering our busy work schedule but still try your best.

Intoxication/Substance abuse – Regular consumption of Alcohol, cigarette & other such things can ruin your health. Too much of substance abuse can damage your liver, kidney, lungs, heart & other organs in your body, as well as can cause some chronic diseases.

Lack of Physical Activity – Exercise does wonder to our body, it improves metabolism, balances hormones, strengthens immune system, enhances mood, improves cognitive ability, gives physical strength, improves organs health, removes toxins & many more. Physical inactivity keeps you away from getting these benefits.

Less water intake – Your body needs adequate amount of water throughout the day to perform many vital functions in the body, such as removing toxins, regulating blood flow, kidney health, digestion, hydrating all parts of the body so make sure you have adequate water intake.

Bad diet – Your body needs all kinds of vitamins, minerals to function properly and to provide all this, you need to maintain a proper diet. Not following this can make you vitamins/minerals deficient, cause body fatigue, mental stress & cause diseases as your immunity gets affected.
