  • If you are struggling in your career, working hard but not getting the opportunities you want, don’t lose hope. Focus on what you can control. Keep giving your best, continue learning, stay patient, and remain positive until you reach your goal. If something isn’t working, explore other options, but never give up.
  • Many people experience stress or depression. So what’s the solution? First, identify the exact reasons behind what’s troubling you. Write down everything you are going through, both good and bad. Once you understand the problems, think about possible solutions. Note down every action you can take and start working on them.

Most importantly, keep reminding yourself to focus on what you can control and let go of what you cannot. Often, stress and depression arise from worrying about things beyond our control. Understanding this is crucial.
