We start getting problems from the time we are born and have to deal with countless problems till our last breath. You have two options, either find solutions or keep worrying about that. Things that you can do – Consult a good doctor in your city or nearby area, and follow his/her advice; if not working, then consult another doctor and most importantly, have patience & stay positive always as good things take time.
- If you are struggling in your career, working hard, but still not getting any opportunity so don’t be hopeless, focus on what you have control over. Keep giving your best, have patience, and stay positive until you achieve your goal. Find other options if something is not working but never back down.
- Many people go into depression so what’s the solution? First, you need to find exact reasons for what’s troubling you and note down everything that you are going through, good or bad. Once you find the problems, think about the solutions, note down every solution that you can adopt to solve this particular problem, and act on those. Most importantly, you have to keep reminding yourself that you have to focus on things you have control over and ignore what you can’t control. Most of the time, we get stressed or depressed thinking about things we don’t have control over, understanding this is extremely important.
This one rule can help you solve any problem you encounter in your life. There is no magic for any problem but it’s up to us how we deal with those hurdles.
